Two years ago, after my arrival to Wrocław, we couldn’t create time to explore this beautiful city due to our formal cases. We had to pick a time for our marriage, apply for my temporary residence card in the country and also put my clothes out of the suitcase. When we managed to order our life, at last, we could look around but we had a big problem. It was cold.
Usually, most of the people don’t mind cold but Jacek and I don’t prefer to go out because it is unbearable to hang around and have fun for both of us.
Low temperatures arrive at the end of August to Poland, with warnings of rain. And after a month you feel that winter has come already. But autumn is my favorite season what can turn everywhere beautiful in the world. And it would be a shame to miss beautiful landscapes in a country what is protecting its nature.
So finally, we decided to start to explore Wrocław from one of the most popular parks in the city, Park Szczytnicki.
Park Szczytnicki is located almost in the center of the city and it offers sightseeing attractions. You can visit a beautiful Japanese Garden, Centennial Hall and Four Domes Pavilion nearby. Our daily adventure in pictures down below.
Here is Pergola, short after walking you can turn left and enter the park.
My love ❤
Centennial Hall is behind me and there is a fountain in front of it but it wasn’t working because it was winter.
After swimming in the autumn leaves we went into the park to feed ducks on the cold river and have a walk in this peaceful place.
We spent a couple of hours in the park and we didn’t understand how time flew away, it was a beautiful day. When it started to get dark, we decided to go home. Thank you if you read that far and see you in my another blog post!
